These Terms of Use govern your use of the Fashion Forecast app ("the App") provided by Isaac A. Munoz ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older to use Fashion Forecast. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple devices as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
The App offers a free plan and Fashion Forecast Pro, a paid upgrade billed through Apple In-App Purchase.
Fashion Forecast provides outfit suggestions based on weather data from third-party services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather data or that suggested outfits will be appropriate for actual conditions. Use your own judgment — especially in severe weather. We are not liable for discomfort, harm, or loss resulting from outfit choices made using the App.
The AI import feature uses Google's Gemini AI, through our server, to identify clothing items from photos. You must be 18 or older to use AI import. AI identification may be inaccurate. Always review and edit imported items before relying on them. We are not responsible for errors made by the AI identification.
You own the photos and data you add to the App. By using the App, you represent that you have the right to use the photos you upload. We do not access or use your content.
You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms. The App is for personal, non-commercial wardrobe management only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated inside the App. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
